Homo Faber Venice 2026 Biennial
SDC member Moira Goodall requested by Homo Faber to produce two pieces of work for 'An Island of Light' at the 2026 Venice Biennale.
Ceramicist and SDC member Moira Goodall was delighted to receive a request from Homo Faber to produce two of her large smoke fired blue moon jars for An Island of Light at the 2026 Venice Biennale. Curated by artistic director Es Devlin, the exhibition will feature 15 immersive installations showcasing more than 700 objects by 500 artisans from 70 countries.
The Biennial runs throughout September and is held on the island San Giorgio Maggiore in the beautiful historic grounds and buildings of Fondazione Giorgio Cini.
More details of the Biennial will be announced later in August.
