We are now recruiting for new members across a wide variety of different crafts. We are seeking makers who demonstrate exceptional skill and individuality, as well as showing future creative and commercial potential.

The Society is active and prominent in its founding ethos; to promote and support the work of creative thinkers, designers and makers who continue to innovate in the crafts through their exploration of materials and skills.

Full membership is awarded to established designer makers and we offer a Licentiate membership for newly graduated designer makers and independent craftsmen establishing themselves after a career break or retraining.
