About Talia Nidam
Originally a textile designer for luxury brands, Talia is a ceramicist who uses colour, form and pattern to create contemporary ceramics. Her work draws deeply on her Moroccan heritage and her training in Mashiko, Japan. Stepping away from a perfect factory produced look, she allows the material and the making process to remain visible, letting each piece carry the story of how it came into being.
Biography Back to top

Influenced by the techniques and forms of the ancient world, Talia creates contemporary works rooted in historical reference. Each piece is entirely handmade in low-fire earthenware, with grog, visible fingermarks, and glaze used as integral decorative elements.
