Call for New Members
The North Surrey group of the SDC was formed in 1993 with the aim of holding regular, local exhibitions. The present members working within their different disciplines- ceramics, glass, jewellery and textiles - showcase work and present exhibitions that appeal to all. This Group started in 1993 inviting SDC members living in Richmond / Kingston area. The SDC Council at that time suggested the group title The North Surrey Region
The membership has now broadened and we have members from South West and North West London, from Surrey and West Berkshire.
There is an annual membership fee to cover the administration costs. We share the cost of exhibition presentation and gallery hiring fee.
Commitment for stewarding is required during an exhibition. We have some face to face meetings that members are encouraged to attend.
