SDC members Christine Meyer-Eaglestone FSDC, Susannah Weiland LSDC and Deborah Timperley MSDC will be exhibiting as part of CRAFTWORKS in Shoreditch.
Overview
Curated by furniture restorer and The Repair Shop presenter Jay Blades MBE, Craftworks is a three-day exhibition, celebrating the very best of arts, craft and design.
Susannah Weiland will be showing hand embroidered artworks, Christine Meyer-Eaglestone functional art with marquetry surface designs and Deborah Timperley cast glass pieces. Held in London’s iconic Shoreditch Town Hall, Craftworks will honour the past, celebrate the present and secure the future of craft by showcasing extraordinary makers, plus workshops and talks on what craftsmanship really means today.
