The Society is delighted to welcome three new members who have had their work independently assessed and have been awarded membership of the Society. Our latest members are Ben Tcharny LSDC (furniture), Liz Ramsay LSDC (woven textiles) and Shelley Morrow MSDC (Stitched & Constructed Textiles).

This original '200 Top Authors Award' book in 1993 has been updated and revamped in 2018. A unique feature of this book is the Themes section - a gallery of mouthwatering designs mostly chosen by Jeremy and including the work of Fred Baier, Katie Walker, Thomas Vaughan, Jolyon Yates, Christine Meyer-Eaglestone, Andrew Lawton and John Makepeace. These year alone we have awarded membership to 15 new members who had their work independently assessed, including Deborah Timperley (Glass)who was awarded MSDC status and Emma Swinburne (Woven Textiles) who has been accepted as a new licentiate.
