This original '200 Top Authors Award' book in 1993 has been updated and revamped in 2018. A unique feature of this book is the Themes section - a gallery of mouthwatering designs mostly chosen by Jeremy and including the work of Fred Baier, Katie Walker, Thomas Vaughan, Jolyon Yates, Christine Meyer-Eaglestone, Andrew Lawton and John Makepeace. The North Surrey group of the SDC was formed in 1993 with the aim of holding regular, local exhibitions. The present members working within their different disciplines- ceramics, glass, jewellery and textiles - showcase work and present exhibitions that appeal to all. Sumi Perera Paper Manipulation at RA

Sumi Perera FSDC will be running a course on paper manipulation and 3D assemblage at the Royal Academy (March 16-17th 2019) to make a site-specific work for their 250th Anniversary in the new Clore Leaning centre.

World of Threads Festival, Canada 2018

Sarah Waters LSDC has been selected to exhibit her work at the World Festival of Threads in Toronto, Canada later this year. Her solo gallery will include her Felt Monoliths made mostly from local British wool and shortlisted from thousands of worldwide entries.
