About Sian
Sian loves to work with different metals to make jewellery, as well as practical and elegant tableware pieces. The versatility and combination of bringing different metals together inspires new designs that are easy to wear and use.

Sian's work is inspired by her scientific background as a biochemist and virologist.

In the past few years, a career change provided new opportunities and a chance to explore the amazing versatility of working with different metals and techniques.

Working as an independent designer-maker creating new individual designs as well as working on commissions to up-cycle old and damaged jewellery.

Many of Sian's pieces will build on structures from the complex inner workings of cells, translated into beautiful practical and functional designs.

The guidance of amazing craftsmen Paul Jelley, master goldsmith and silversmith Steve Wager and designer jeweller Annie Ruthven-Taggart have provided a strong foundation and wide array of traditional expert methods that enables Sian to create, produce and finish her own stunning designs.
