Linda Lideka LSDC
Stitched & Constructed Textiles
Have you ever watched a raindrop run down a green, luscious leaf? Do you ever find yourself stopping to admire a dirty, time-worn yet beautifully textured wall of a derelict house? It has always been the little things that inspire Linda, things that many people walk past and hardly pay any attention to.
Intricate shapes, bold colour palettes and beautiful textures - often captured in travel photographs, serve as inspiration behind all of Linda`s hand-drawn pattern designs. Using a variety of mixed-media drawing techniques, Linda`s designs are often very bold and illustrative. With the help of modern day printing techniques, Linda is able to apply her pattern designs to a wide range of interior products including wallpaper, soft furnishings and interior accessories.
